Because solar installations involve highly customized engineering blueprints, heavy machinery procurement, structural fabrications, and regulatory permits, our return, refund, and cancellation parameters are clearly defined to ensure mutual transparency between our brand and our clients. This policy applies to all consumer contracts, online service bookings, and site engineering packages executed by us.
We understand that project scopes or financial circumstances can shift. Therefore, we provide a structured cancellation window prior to any physical site deployment:
Within 48 Hours of Booking: Clients are entitled to cancel any service plan or engineering order within 48 hours of initial payment submission for a full 100% refund of the deposit amount, provided no physical engineering site analysis or customized 3D blueprint designing has commenced.
After 48 Hours but Before Equipment Procurement: If a cancellation request is submitted after the 48-hour mark but before bulk physical hardware (solar modules, structures, inverters) has been purchased from our supply chain, a refund will be issued minus an administrative and engineering design assessment fee of RS 15,000 (or the actual cost of the energy audit if performed independently).
Post Procurement: Once heavy equipment (inverters, batteries, tier-1 panels) has been officially allocated and logged out of our central warehouse for your specific project, cancellations are not eligible for a cash refund.
Because solar panels, inverters, and lithium battery banks are highly sensitive electrical assets, they cannot be returned or refunded once they have been delivered to your site, unpacked, or mechanically mounted. However, if a particular component is delivered to your site in a physically damaged or defective state due to an error in our internal transit or logistics tracking, it is fully covered:
Any damaged or defective component must be reported immediately to our logistics supervisor on-site or emailed to info@opulenzio.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Opulenzio will inspect, retrieve, and replace the defective hardware with a brand-new, factory-sealed Tier-1 equivalent unit within 3 to 5 working days at absolute zero additional cost to the consumer.
Once a solar installation has been successfully commissioned, tested, and handed over to the client, the project is considered complete and is strictly non-refundable. Any subsequent performance drops, electrical errors, or component issues are fully covered under our comprehensive multi-year corporate warranties:
Solar Modules: 25-Year Linear Performance and Generation Warranty.
Solar Inverters: 5 to 10-Year Manufacturer Replacement Warranty (depending on selected brand model).
Lithium/GEL Battery Storage: 3 to 10-Year Deep-Cycle Performance Warranty.

For all valid cancellations approved under Section 2 of this policy document, refunds will be credited back via the customer’s original method of payment (including direct bank transfers, corporate pay-orders, or verified digital merchant channels). Processing timelines generally take between 7 to 14 operational working days due to verification clearances across corresponding financial banking channels. All transaction receipts and adjustment invoices will be digitally mailed to your registered address for absolute clarity.
